Warranty
PARTS ARE WARRANTED TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR 2400 HOURS OF OPERATION, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
THIS POLICY I S VALID WHEN THE PARTS (S) HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES OF THE MANUFACTURER OF THE ENGINE OR MACHINERY IN WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. NO CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO PARTS ALTERED IN ANY WAY FROM THEIR ORIGINAL SPECIFICATION.
IN THE EVENT A PART HAS BEEN DEEMED DEFECTIVE , WILL
ASSIST THE BUYER OF THE PART (S) WITH THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PARTS (S) AS WELL AS THE PART (S) THAT MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF THE FAILURE OF THE PART.THE REPLACEMENT COST OF THE PARTS (S) WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT CHARGED BY ANY CREDIT FOR LABOR WILL BE ACCORDING TO THE ENGINE OR EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER FLAT RATE LABOR HOUR RATE . THE HOURLY LABOR COST WILL BE THE ACTUAL HOURLY COST INCURRED BY THE OWNER OR REBUILDER OF THE ENGINE OR MACHINE. PAYMENT FOR LABOR WILL BE AT THE NORMAL HOURLY LABOR RATE.
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ANALYSIS OF ANY PART FAILURE.
CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY
IN THE EVENT OF A PART FAILURE , MUST BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, BEFORE FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM.
THE MACHINE OWNER OR REBUILDER WILL SUPPLY WITH ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION RELATED TO THE FAILURE. THIS WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE DATE OF INSTALLATION , HOURS OPERATED , INSTALLATION PROCEDURES , TOOLING USED AND OTHER WORK PERFORMED AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION OF THE COMPONENT (S).
ALL ADVISE THE USER HOW TO PROCEED , AND DETERMINE WHICH PARTS ARE NEEDED FOR EXAMINATION . |
